To have glowing and healthy skin in summer besides water you need few more things.
Try to have water based fruits in this summer. Fruits like - cucumber, water melon, berries , papaya & of course mango fruit of the season.
Keep your skin cool with these naturally cooling face masks.
1) Aloe Vera gel and lemon juice: If you can get fresh aloe Vera that's great if not then you can use all the aloe Vera gel that are available in the market in packets. Mix it well and use it. Keep it in your face for max to max 10-15 minutes and keep it dry.

2)Cucumber and honey: In summer your skin needs the cooling effect of cucumber and honey will moisturise your dull skin. Take 4-5 slices of cucumber and 1-2 table spoon of honey (depends on the quantity of cucumber). Carefully apply it on face and soak it for at list 10 minutes. You can even work in between this soaking. Cucumber even helps to remove tan.

3)Rose water and sandalwood: Rose water and sandalwood face mask is the most easiest one to bit the heat and add glow to your skin. If you have sandalwood then make thick paste of it otherwise now it's available in market as powder. So what you have to do is make thick paste of sandalwood using rose water in it. This will make your skin glow naturally.
4) Tomato: To prevent the sun burn or tan you can use tomatoes. Tomatoes are natural bleach and it contains lycopene, an antioxidant that has amazing anti-aging property. Use tomato pulp or juice layer on your skin , that will help to tighten pores and prevent pimples and will remove tan easily.
