When ever it comes to exercise or workout we are too lethargic to do it. Every day when you stand in front of the camera you find your self so fat and again you make plans for new fitness regime. It's not that you you never feel it in that way but somehow for lack of enthusiasm we loose it or over powering of thoughts makes us weak. We start thinking "will start it from tomorrow". But there is a sentence "kal kisne dekha" Do it now.
So let's start the main topic.

Before anything and everything you have to make sure that you are going to continue it,  what ever the situation is.

Before any exercise you have to do warm ups.
That's pillar  of any exercise. Here is the list of exercises that will definitely help you to loose weight.
Try it in 3 sets.
Mountain climbers:

How To Do It:

  1. Get into a plank.
  2. Bending one knee, place it slightly forward.
  3. Now start shifting your legs forward and backward by interchanging their positions.(Start with 10 each leg)

Wall push-ups :
How To Do it:
1.  Stand in front of a wall facing it.
2. Spread your hands and put them on the wall.
3.  Now stand on your toe having distance between two legs.
4.  Now push your self towards the wall and then go back to the place.(start doing it for 15 times)

Plank :
How To Do It:
  1. Get down on the floor on your hands and the balls of your feet.
  2. Make sure your body is in a straight line and your hands are underneath your shoulders.
  3. Keep your abs tight and belly button sucked in.(Hold the position for 20 sec

Side plank :
How To Do It:
  1. Get into the plank pose.
  2. Now shift to your right side by balancing on your right hand and foot.
  3. Hold that and then roll over to your left side.(10sec each side )

Crunches :
How To Do It:
1.  Lie down on your back keeping your legs folded. 
2.  Now place your hands under your head.
3. Push your head towards your legs.(Do it for 20 times)

Squats:
How To Do It:
1. Imagine you are sitting on a chair.
2.  Spread your hands equally your legs.
3.  Sit and get back to the position.(Start it from 15)

Jumping jacks :
How To Do It:
  1. Stand with your back erect and abs tight keep your feet together.
  2. Now jump and open your feet wide.
  3. At the same time lift your arms overhead.
  4. Jump again and come back to the starting position.(Start from 15)

Bicycle  crunches :
How To Do It:
  1. Lie back on the ground and bending your knees, lift your calves until they become parallel to the floor.
  2. Now straighten your right leg and bind your hands behind your neck for support.
  3. Keep your shoulders off the floor.
  4. Now try to touch your left bent knee and opposite elbow.
  5. Then straighten the left leg and bend the right leg and touch it to the left elbow.
  6. Keep alternating as fast as you can.(10 each side)

Push-ups :
How To Do It:
  1. Get into plank.
  2. Now, bend your elbows as you lower yourself toward the floor.
  3. Press back up by straightening your arms.(Start with 20)

Butt bridge :
How To Do It:

  1. Lie down on your back with knees bent and feet on the floor.
  2. Raise your hips up as high as you can until you get a straight line from shoulders to knees.
  3. Squeeze your butt-cheeks together.
  4. Lower your booty towards the floor and then raise back up.(Start with 15)

Kapal bharati
Surya Namskaram
Ardha Navasana(half boat) 
Vrikshasana(tree pose) 
Vasisthasana(side plank) 

*If you love dancing, then play a song of your choice and dance your heart out. 
*You can go for morning or evening walk.(That should not be like a tortoise , should be in a motion)
*Or can go for jogging.
** I now doing exercises alone is never that enthusiastic , so arrange a group of friends or some one who wants to burn fat and start it.
