Pcos the common problem...
Nowadays within 10, 7 girls have Pocs. It’s something that changes your life in major way. I would say it works better than break ups.
Jokes apart, but those who are facing the changes in their life can definitely relate to it. I’m facing the same. A jump from 45 to 61 can you imagine??
You might ask me, you must have ate junk foods and fast foods. I’m a foody but I know how to satisfy myself with just little amount. Even now also I am doing it.
Pcos has side effects and obesity is the major one, in future that might leads to infertility. Oh God such a pain for people like me during periods who have to face such pain. Basically if your period has skipped for twice or more you should go for a check up. The reason behind pcos is releasing of extra eggs (ovulation), whenever your period is skipped naturally only.

Insulin is a hormone that controls how the food you eat is changed into energy. Many girls says that I’m facing acne and hair loss due to Pcos. That is because your body is facing hormonal changes too.
Loosing weight or gaining becomes a tough job in case of Pcos, because hormones tightens to accept the change, and you feel lethargic.
• Girls it’s time to buck up and face everything that is causing now or in future might comes up in more furious way.
• Start doing yoga, or free hand exercises, or you can start walking ( in a proper manner of course)
• You have to cut out curbs and sugar from your daily food habits.
• If you are under medication, thoroughly follow it, don’t skip medicines.
• Avoid cold drink or soda drinks.
• Do things that will cause you sweat.
• Depression is another villain, so just kill it.
• Make your self free, go for your hobbies

Being a foody I know how tough it is to control yourself from foods. I mean All sort of junk and fast foods. I Know it will be a tough job to control in the beginning but later on you will definitely control it. So, whenever you are having cravings for something, have but very little. Just to control the hormonal imbalance.
• To be very frank if you are feeling that you should have chocolate, don’t ignore it have a small piece of dark chocolate ( that does consume very low amount of sugar).
• Have more and more veggies and fruits. Trust me it will make you feel fresh.
• Seasonal fruits are the best source of vitamins and energy.
• Try to ignore sweet fruits.
• Have more and more papaya, cucumber, apples, guava, watermelon as it’s summer. Mangoes
• If you can’t drink water much try all the fruits that consumes water.
• Have detox water.
• Green tea is really good for health. Have it twice a day. Not more than that.
• Sprout salad, cucumber salad can be your evening snacks.
*Oats is another best food I must say.
